I come to your place all time I bring clients all the time. (It’s a nice place). Last Saturday I came in and there were no Burgers (really?). Only thing you had was kids burgers and the waitress said “we can’t guarantee if it will be rare or well done. I still love your place but I lost a potential client because of a Simple burger. People meet in the middle between Buffalo & Rochester and your place used to be the great place to meet up. I hate chain places but maybe Tim Hortons might might be the way to go I hate it with chain places but at least you know what what you what your going to get. (Very disappointed)

The falls are lovely to watch. It wasn't busy what so ever so I was surprised we were waiting. I'd say the restaurants about 20 percent more then most places for the same fare(perhaps the view tax lol). My 20.00 hoagie club was good. Mom's beef on weck was Way over cooked & our fries weren't tasty! Maybe the grease wasn't fresk changed? I can tell they were frozen/ fried where Fresh Cut would had been a treat & justify the expense.

Stopped in on our way home from a long weekend , waited over an hour for a cup of french onion which was cold when it came to our table . We ordered a reuben and beef on weck both cold. They were suppose to come with fries but they were out so we received coleslaw that looked like cottage cheese.
When we received our check we were told that the waitress messed up our table with one of the other 2 that were seated - our 45.00 check turned into a 112.00 check they split the difference and made ours 65.00 and didn't even have the food we ordered on it . We were told she messed up so they tried to even it out as best as possible total B.S
The waitress had bo clue what she was doing kept walking around the bar but not check in mind you there was only 3 tables seated the and a bar of people . 10/10 will not re- visit or recommend eating here

A family gathering happened and the log cabin restaurant was our choice. It was a Friday so I had fish& chips.Others had sandwiches and wraps and salads and everything was great ! We arrived before 5 and we're able to get a table we without a reservation however I would suggest getting one! By the time we were leaving the place was packed!

Indian Falls, Indian Falls, NY Found this restaurant while on a Day off drive journey. Nice menu. I got myself the half rack of ribs. They were rather tasty.

Resident of Newstead, been to the cabin MANY times. The food today was off, new short order cook ?? Needs training or new cook.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. Walking in i noticed the smoker. So I tried the ribs. Very charred and black no the ends. First 2 ribs on both end where terrible. Didn't have 2 different sides I wanted. I got onion rings and was charged 4 dollars extra on a 30 dollar plate. Our waitress was good. But the other one wouldn't stop complaining. Will not be returning.
