Robbery without a weapon. $14 for a 3 piece tender combo. Also, combos here don't come with a drink for some reason so be ready to fork out even more. Can't blame it all on inflation. Food was luke warm. If you are going to charge outrageous prices, the food should at least be fresh. This family's first and last trip to the new thruway rest stops.

Service was terrible! Staff was rude, saw people standing in line and were just hanging out in back. Finally ordered was given Mashed potatoes with the most disgusting gravy I've ever seen. For what they are charging you should get better service also wasn't offered a drink with my food.

Went here just now for lunch on 11/17/2023 and got the 5 piece tenders meal that comes with a biscuit and side well I got the side but no biscuit at all which leads me too think either the 4 people standing around don’t care or we’re not trained very well. Ever since apple green took over they have been a nightmare when in the past DNC was well trained and always on point.

Absolute rip-off. Over $15 for a combo meal except they refuse to include a drink in the combo. Applegreen or whoever runs this exists solely to try and rip off travelers.Don't make the mistake we did and avoid these traps.

Got to the front quick and ordered my sandwich from the friendly cashier. Food was crispy and good. It is well packaged for take out. Price was better than Burger King.

Rest stop was crowded because of the buffalo game earlier than the day. We waited longer to get our food then we did to place our order. It seems like they lost our ticket for a while because people who ordered after us who had similar items got their food first. We ended up being there for over 45 minutes from the time we got in line until we got our food.Ordered two combo chicken sandwiches. The sandwich cost about $8, the combo which only included cajun fries and no drink, cost $15.39.When the food was finally ready, my husband who had ordered his sandwich without pickles, got pickles anyway.The size of the Cajun fries order was ridiculously small: especially for costing $7. They were cold to boot. The water bottle is in the picture for size reference. The amount of fries in the bag is exactly the amount received.At least the sandwiches were hot and really tasty.

Must have caught them on an off day but this was not only the best Popeyes we’ve ever had, it was the best fried chicken. They must not be following procedure because the service was good and the chicken was great! Didn’t have to wait long and they offered a substitution since they were waiting on wings and we had to get going.Chicken crust was light & crispy & hot.Please acknowledge this crew for a job well done!

Is this place supposed to be Popeyes? The chicken tasted like it came from freezer section in a store, red beans and slaw were flavorless, and it cost 19$… And no drink….
