I've heard excellent things about Rocco's, but when attempting to order delivery from them, I was told that they refuse to enter apartment buildings. I live on the second floor of one, and I have some physical disabilities that sometimes limit me making the walk downstairs (it's a big building). Even considering that, it seems like it's a policy they're sticking to. I'm sure Rocco's is great in many respects, but I was pretty unhappy to find this out since I've never had a restaurant do this before, and I wanted to make other customers that are in my position to be aware.

I didn’t even order the person answering the phone was so rude. I asked what slices where available he goes really come on .. asked for what I wanted he then said there are people in front of me ordering these slices what did you want hurry up I hung up

Great little place, pizza was good, service good... Definitely will be back when in the area.
I'm something of a NYC pizza snob and my expectations of an upstate pizza place were low. But Rocco's is the real deal, with excellent authentic slices at - by NYC standards - absurdly low prices.
Pro tip for non-locals: order the largest customised pizza you can to go, take it home and freeze the individual slices for later. I did this for a blue cheese, bacon and onion pizza. Superb, and significantly cheaper than local places on Long Island.

This was a nice place to stop by for lunch on the way to Queensberry. We saw 3 Italian restaurants and landed on this one. I am picky about tuna sandwiches but by far the best one I’ve had. Must stop by.

Excellent pizzas! Look at that small size pizza! I can’t even finish it! And at that price? Very affordable. I totally recommend this place, very cozy. There’s a mini bar to drink and watch tv.
