Nickel's Pit BBQ in Corning offers amazing barbecue with delicious sauces and onion rings. The food was amazing, delicious, and out of this world. The meat is tender and juicy, with smoke lines on the brisket and ribs that fall off the bone. Flavor in the greens was excellent and Mac salad was perfectly seasoned and fresh. French fries have such a perfect crisp, and the sauces are next level. The Pit OG 3 meal with pulled pork, kabasa, and brisket is a popular choice, paired with their tasty house-made BBQ sauce and a good selection of beers. Parking may be a bit of a challenge due to the location, but the food quality and generous portions make it well worth the stop. Everything came out quickly. This may be the best BBQ had. The pulled pork, the brisket pieces and the smoked turkey were all delicious. You did not need any additional sauces to enjoy it. Our server was friendly and attentive. The sides were also very good. To make it even better they have a great Whiskey selection. In the mood for BBQ, this place is really amazing! Tender, juicy, great flavor. Don't miss this place. Brisket had a nice crisp edge. All meats were tender and juicy, full of flavor. 4 choices of BBQ sauce. Fantastic Bartender amazing collection of liquor and 8 beers on tap cans available also.
