The cookies I remember to be so soft and melt in your mouth are more expensive and they are hard and no flavor. Very disappointing
To everyone complaining that the cookies have zero sugar THEY ARNT MEANT TO BE TOOTH ROTTING SWEET, THESE ARE BAKERY QUALITY SHORTBREAD COOKIES, not processed sugar filled mass produced crap cookies. Now that these Swiss raspberry chocolate dipped cookies and the powdered ones are appearing in a North Carolina, it would be great if your company would stop sending them out BURNT. They are really really not good burnt. They’re stale, dry and gross when over cooked! One week I can get them cooked normally the next they’re dark brown and dry as a saltine cracker. Please stop OVERCOOKING the cookies!
The lady that works there has a horrible attitude every time you go in. The bread is good, but honestly, I always end up leaving because she is so rude and its not one time but always. Hopefully they get someone that can at pretend to like their job.

The bread is delicious but the service is terrible. The older lady with short hair disrespected my sister because she asked for a toasted croissant and when my sister returned it, why wasn't it toasted? She pulled it out and when she gave it to her, she told her Now if you go swallow it... it's a lack of respect Asia a client what a terrible lady who at her age does that... it's really a shame for people
I bought some of their cookies in FL at an Italian deli. The cookies were fresh and nice looking but they had zero flavor. A little butter in them would make them taste better. Bland for sure.

I bought and liked their chocolate chip cookies in the past, so I tried their crumb cake. I bought them in Gio’s Deli in Florida. They tasted like they were previously frozen. They were freezer burned.

Dietary restrictions: You have to be diabetic orana severe diet to eat their cookies because they have no sugar they have no flavor I've had dog biscuits that tasted better what are these for people on restricted diets very disappointed

Terrible customer service. They should do better training. Came in at 5 PM asked for a toasted roll and the counter woman said no because the turn of the toaster at 4 PM. If they close at 7 PM it makes no sense to not be able to get a toasted roll at 5 PM. On top of that they always get the order wrong.
Very bad service
The cookies that are shipped to Harris teeter are stale and the filling resembles glue.
My favorite morning spot. But as of late its has been so spotty. They were open yesterday and I go to pick up my usually supply of mult grains rolls. Surprise surprise sign and lights off! Something to the tune of blaming the pandemic and equipment failure!! If someone reads this who works there or the owner. This is just not right you owe more to us and the neighbors who patron your business get it together!!
The owner is never around and nobody wants to help you.
