Honestly, i only like this place for their yaroa. BUT, the service is bad. Twice i’ve tried to order for delivery and both times they said it was too late to deliver. I called at 9 and they close at 10. Man on the phone gave me attitude about how they leave at 9:45. And another call, “last delivery is at 9:30”. So why did i get denied for my 9pm delivery the other time?
And you don’t take card payments over the phone? Type in some numbers? Every other place does & you seem to be modernized but not in that aspect i guess?
ALSO, This would make a GREAT late night food spot & make good revenue but you close so early, “10pm” or whatever time the workers make up.
Other than that, i tell everybody how good the yaroa is here.

I always order foos from here. The staff is amazing, especially Aracelis. The Yarora is the best in the neighborhood. highly recommended!

The worst Dominican spot period. Don’t waste your time it’s a rip off.
Did catering from them for a birthday party and the food was a hit! Everyone loved it and felt it was top tier dominican food. I felt the same as well and am definitely catering/eating from here again ?

Literally a taste of Dominican Republic just in Queens. The clubhouse sandwich is absolutely amazing, the chimi de pollo, Yaroa, their chicken bites and the tostones (tastes like straight from motherland). It’s definitely worth buying, God bless the cooks. The staff, are friendlier in person than on the phone.

I was a great place. Right off from the train station. Just be aware if go here they don't speak English. I don't speak Spanish but I knew enough to under the wait staffI won't do point for that. The food was fantastic and big was there for hours with my friend to catch up on life. Would go again after I learn better Spanish tho.

the end
The food is not bad, the place is very clean but the service is disgusting, if the person serving does not have a vocation, hire someone who does, terrible service, I would have to think carefully about returning
Besides the prices being not the best they also got mad at me when I tried getting a refund on food I didn’t know had ketchup on it
Terrible service, the woman they have in customer service does not have any kind of education or courtesy, it is never possible to receive an order
