My husband and I have eaten and have had drinks here quite a bit this year. When go to any event in the area (Mets, US Open, boxing) we will stop here prior or after said event for food &/or drinks. We haven't had a bad meal yet. Food is delicious and very affordable
Good music, very clean restaurant, very helpful staff. Food was outstanding, they have regular menu and lunch specials. Very reasonable priced. Large quantities of food, so my husband and I split the meal so we could try their Tres Leches Cake which was delicious. Ice cold beer and specialty drinks. Must try if in the area, close to the 111 th MTA 7 train access and exit.
I went back for dinner and took a friend. The food was excellent but the service was not. Our waitress was too busy kissing a bar patron for tips, like at least 10 times. We had to repeatedly ask for water, bowls and utensils. I want to state that the restaurant is very clean and attractive and the food is excellent! Servers are the link that can kill a business, in spite of how awesome it is.
