Went to hudson yards location. No children's options , don't see prices, checked web site no price on there pretty odd. Almost $40 for chicken sandwich meal and chicken nugget meal half of which went in the garbage not sure why its so expensive

I regret that my review is unlikely to stop someone from ordering the Fuku Spicy Chicken Sandwich at Citi field, but there's no way that I can let someone serve me what I had at the game yesterday without leaving a review. This sandwich was abysmal and inedible. Even if they offered me back my money it wouldn't be enough. I literally felt sick from one bite. This sandwich was a health violation. I see so many similar reviews I wish I checked yesterday before I bought one.

The spicy chicken sandwich is too spicy for me (and I like spicy so be careful), but absolutely delicious! Wow!

A solid chicken sandwich that's a little on the spicy side. Location: The location I visited was a stand located next to Arthur Ashe Stadium where the US Open was being hosted. Food: We ordered the signature chicken sandwiches and wedge fries. Both were very good with the spicy fried chicken pairing well with the tangy sauce. Service: The service was pretty good when we visited. Price: Very pricey for chicken sandwiches but this was likely because the location we visited was right next to a huge sporting event. Verdict: Worth it if you are hungry and in the area but pricey.

Paid a ridiculous $18 for a spicy chicken sandwich that was so spicy my friend and I both had upset stomachs all night (and I love spicy food), avoid at all costs

Was excited to try Fuku being a David Chang fan. I actually liked the sandwich - a soft martins potato roll and the chicken was good - super crispy and crunchy and tender inside. The reason for the three stars was 1) it's way too spicy and I love spicy chicken - be warned of pain 2) it was the only thing served other than beer 3) it's expensive. If there was a milder version of the sandwich available this would have been four stars and five stars frankly if there were a few other items to order from and the price was slightly less. I won't get it again - just caused too much discomfort at the ballpark.

I have been dying to try the spicy sandwich at Citifield, and unfortunately, the anticipation may have contributed to the disappointment. The sandwich is just ok. I think I saw a special on how good is prepared at ball parks and how it is never the same as in restaurants, and that is so true. They have to prep the food way in advance in large batches so it is never as good as eating at a restaurant. That being said, this sandwich was pretty sub par. The batter on the chicken was not crispy or fresh. The person taking the order did warn about how spicy the sandwich is, and I was skeptical because I eat a lot of spice food. IT IS NO JOKE! I paid for that sandwich with several painful trips to the lavatory overnight. It is strange because it did not seem that spicy going down but whatever spice is on it, it really did a number on my stomach. Same for my son and wife. My daughter was smart and only had a small bite and then refused any more. I should have taken her lead.

Literally disgusting. Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Forget about price since you're at the ballpark. Slimy chicken, gross tasting spice. Awful. I wouldn't eat this on a dare. TERRIBLE

I love Fuku so I bought chicken sandwich at the stadium. And the staff at cashier was nice and friendly. However...when I tried it, it was too spicy even though it's regular chicken sandwich. It was too hot to eat and I had to drink water again and again and it took time to eat it. I was disappointed with the taste and I think kids cannot eat the spicy food.. :(

A couple of weeks ago I went to the US OPEN with hopes of trying Fuku but couldn't get it because the lines were outrageous. However, last week I was at the Mets game and I was finally able to snag an order. Totally see why the lines were incredibly long for their food. The sweet and spicy chicken fingers with waffle fries is a homerun. It's the perfect balance of sweet, heat and savory without hammering your tastebuds with spice. An absolute must try!
