The place is clean and spacious, which I appreciated. The customer service was decent, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the food was a big letdown. I ordered a plate, and it came out cold and dry, which made it really unappetizing. The flavors weren’t great either. It’s an okay spot, but I don’t think I’d go back.

The food is acceptable, the customer service is terrible, I don't understand how ladies who serve the public poorly can work, they leave a lot to be desired, they should improve in that aspect. I ordered two coffees, apparently there was a misunderstanding in the order and I asked for them to be changed and I received bad treatment from the three ladies who were serving, they changed my coffees in a very bad way.

The chambray empanadas are too old and hard. When I made the claim they did not change it and I had to buy another product. Zero recommended the bakery. The food is good. 07-OCT-24 9:58 am
The response from the employees was very bad. Bad customer service.
Conclusion: It is better to go somewhere else at least to eat good bakery.

There is a woman who serves poorly, I wanted to eat in peace but that woman serves so poorly that I almost didn't eat there, that woman is there at night like 11 at night, but the food is good, I loved it so much that I would eat there again but Because of how the woman treated me, I will never eat again.

Good morning, what a delight the gastronomy of my country Colombia, I have no doubt that it is one of the best restaurants where you can find everything your palate desires, I felt like I was in Colombia, I tried the empanadas, the potato cake and everything else He described it as not being found anywhere else. Terrible service from those who really serve a business is for the customer but these women have no charisma ???
Good place to enjoy a bonus bread or an empanada with a coffee, good service.

I always get baked goods here (pan de bono, pan de queso) and no matter what time I go (even at 2am) its fresh and tastes great. I haven’t tried the food but I will update when I do.

Well to be honest the beef soup is amazing but the prices for a soup and withe rice is too expensive, that why I started to stop buying here, but it’s good just be advised that everything here is expensive.

I've always bought empanadas here. It's the first time I've bought empanadas that you can't even chew. The customers and I complained and were told “that's how they are and they're fresh.” They didn't want to change them and charged us a lot of money. The same with the rice they gave us a jar of soup and not in an aluminum plate and they gave us less than what we paid.

My order was 1 Coffee & 1 Arroz a la Valenciana (03/29/2024). 3/4 into my meal dirt and dust particles fell from the ceiling tiles on top of where I was sitting; on top of me, on top of my meal and coffee. I got up and explained one of the female servers what happened. I told her to go and see for herself the table where I was sitting. I pointed to the dirt and dust particles on the table. We both ran our hands and fingers on the table. She was unfazed & unconcerned about the mishap and condition. Her only response was "we don't have that here." I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there was none available. I asked for a business card and I was told they had none. I asked for their phone number so I can speak to some responsible person and I was told that she did not know it. I was rudely told to Google the information if I wanted the phone number. No professionalism, care or concern was ever shown, demonstrated or exhibited by anyone there. This is a health and safety issue & concern that this establishment failed considerably not only to mediate but failed to apologize for and failed to satisfactory addressed. I hope their security cameras will do all the talking. They lost a loyal, respectful and humble customer. No more for me.
