Food is excellent. Its fresh, authentic and you get a lot of it. Prices are pretty good! I have dined in and ordered delivery many times over the years. HOWEVER, this restaurant has one huge problem: the service is atrocious, and has been for years. Food takes forever to get made wether its delivery, pickup or dine in. Water is not free, it takes forever to even get drinks or get a waitresses attention. Its hard to communicate at times cause its a coin flip if your server even knows how to speak English.
I will continue to order from here but I really hope they improve their service. I see a ton of poor ratings for the restaurant, and all of them seem to be about the quality of their service. I hope it forces them to improve.

Came here with my girlfriend to enjoy a restaurant nearby. We waited no time to be seated, and the waitress was super nice. The one issue is that she only spoke Spanish, but hey, predominantly Hispanic neighborhood. We ordered 2 waters (they were bottled, water isn't free here) 3 drinks (one of the drinks wasn't what she wanted since the photo didn't match what was on the menu) and two meals. The price was way more than anticipated where we were charged tax, a service charge, and a 4% fee for using a card. After getting the food, which was about a 7/10, and the hiccup with the drinks, we realized that we wouldn't be returning. I'm sure it would have been cheaper if we came at lunch but the price is too high outside of that. I'm sure if we were fluent in Spanish, the situation could have been resolved, so I recommend it to those who can speak the language.

The place is nice, the warmth of the waitresses is very professional, they treat you very well, the only thing that is a little bit, the only bad thing is the drinks and the food, the portions are fabulous, but a little bit, the taste is not so good, just as an observation, improve the a little bit. seasoning with respect to the drinks, the decoration is very fabulous, very beautiful but they do need a little more alcohol in the drinks since the prices are a little high for other places that I have been able to share and live and I have been able to be there, they sell some drinks delicious
