I ordered the big breakfast but was not able to get it with the steak, which I usually do at other McDonald's. I had to instead order steak sandwich and hot cakes separate. The staff, although probably annoyed, helped me through the issue. There is no frappe machine on site. This local restaurant had no kiosks but seemed adequately staffed with workers, plus you can also order on app. Most staff were able to speak in English and Spanish. The food was good.

Always a bit crowded and looks like you gotta auto order at night. Sandwich wasn't tasty at all. Bun was semi hard and burger was cold. Cmon guys. Do better. You're McDonald's!!

I have always liked to eat at this branch on National St in Queens, but it has happened to me several times when I come before 3PM. They give me half-raw potatoes and the burger doesn't taste the same as the one we bought after 4pm, please check. Thank you
