I bought 2 single pizzas and almost had to go to the emergency room. I don’t know how long the pizzas were sitting there for me to be projectile vomited and diarrhea movements. You guys have to do better someone could die if they have a weak stomach or heart issues. I suggest stop selling single slices and just do fresh pizzas. Terrible experience, I called to complain and the customer service representative did not even care to listen or say they would do something.

Unfortunately, this will be the last time I order from this store. I hate leaving bad reviews, but it’s happened so many times now I feel that I need to address it. Every time I try to make a delivery order, the delivery driver always gives me a hard time and doesn’t want to bring the food to my apartment. They call me over and over again and leave rude voicemails telling me to come downstairs and get my food. It is very unprofessional and with what the food costs, I would expect at least a little courtesy.

Horrible service. EVERYTIME I order they get it wrong!!!!!!!!! Then I call to complain and the so called "Manager" solution is to say "Uh I don't what to tell you". They charge me for extra cheese sauce and never put it in the box! I'm complaining to the better business bureau! No one cares about doing their simple job right but wants to get paid and then have the nerve to get an attitude with the customer for being upset!!!!
Certainly I want to testify that Papa John's is just the Best pizza ever.The ingredients are Quality, Delicious and Fare cost. Papa John's is just making sure that get it and enjoy it so Simply Papa John's is an smart decision to Eat healthy amd Delicious.
