This had been my favorite place to order hot chocolate until today. I decided to have a ham and cheese croissant for breakfast and order hot chocolate, which they delivered cold. We told them we wanted it hotter, and they brought it back cold.

Love this location. Customer service is great. However, it’s been a several times that I have been there and there just seems to be a lack of cleanliness. They should wipe down trash area and tables more often. Also the bathroom is just extremely unpleasant. I think the name of the company should go on par with its appearance no matter the location.

I was at the junction Blv corona queens location picking up a cake I previously ordered and there were two homeless touching and stealing some of the pastries with their dirty hands and none of the employees did anything to kick them out. One of the homeless/crazy guys was more aggressive than the other disturbing and bothering every customer at their table!! Please, I ask the manager at this location do something about it! Pastries that were touched should have also been removed from the shelves and homeless should not be allowed there.

The food and drinks were good. The only issue I had was that I passed by to get some school work done. However i needed WiFi , so I asked the employee and he’s only response was “sorry I don’t know it.”They didn’t even bother to look for it, so I was very disappointed with that.
