Clean, quiet and friendly. Ordered at the counter and meal was brought out to me at my table on a real plate! Very quickly too. Everything was hot and delicious! I got a 4pc combo half roasted half fried with cole slaw and french fries. Everything was great and I ate it all but the roasted chicken was by far the best. I am very glad they mailed me a coupon for a free meal or I would have never known this existed. I will definitely come back. Thanks!

Bad experience with service and lack of communication
We went with coworkers because we used to enjoy the roast chicken at this place. Since I recently had gallbladder surgery, I needed to avoid greasy foods, so we ordered a family combo with half fried and half grilled.
Although we confirmed with the cashier that it would be half and half, we were later informed that the roast chicken would take more than half an hour. We agreed to wait, but after 20 minutes they told us that it was not possible because “the system did not allow it” and that the manager had decided so.
The main problem was the lack of communication. If we had been informed at checkout, we could have ordered another combination or adjusted our order. But they didn't, and we feel like they didn't care to resolve our situation.
Also, the restaurant has no heating, which made the wait uncomfortable on a cold day.
It was a disappointing experience. I hope they improve their service and communication to prevent other customers from going through the same thing.
