Bad experience with service and lack of communication
We went with coworkers because we used to enjoy the roast chicken at this place. Since I recently had gallbladder surgery, I needed to avoid greasy foods, so we ordered a family combo with half fried and half grilled.
Although we confirmed with the cashier that it would be half and half, we were later informed that the roast chicken would take more than half an hour. We agreed to wait, but after 20 minutes they told us that it was not possible because “the system did not allow it” and that the manager had decided so.
The main problem was the lack of communication. If we had been informed at checkout, we could have ordered another combination or adjusted our order. But they didn't, and we feel like they didn't care to resolve our situation.
Also, the restaurant has no heating, which made the wait uncomfortable on a cold day.
It was a disappointing experience. I hope they improve their service and communication to prevent other customers from going through the same thing.

However, after making us wait, they informed us that they couldn't fulfill the order as promised. If they had told us upfront, we could have adjusted our order or gone elsewhere. Instead, they left us frustrated with no solutions or accountability. Avoid this place if you value good service or clear communication.

We asked for them to clean the table and they ignored us. Floors are dirty.
The service is very terrible, they take too long and when they serve you they give you very small preys and the cost is very high for not much and if you complain to them they only say it's what you ordered

Ladies working were hustling …. I am gonna make this very clear though that they were extremely understaffed and the wait was long and they did not seem happy . If I wasn’t in the industry I would’ve given a very low score. I know that nowadays these scores don’t do much but I really hope whoever reads these , actually listens and does a check on your labor. Put more people on shift when busy. You will have crazy high turnover if this isn’t fixed.

The pieces of chicken are small, often salty, the wings are not very clean, they have the two bones on the tip whenever you go, there is no breast but they want to charge you as if they were giving you mixed combo and they only give wings, legs and hips
I like only what I don't like is that the drink is not included in the combos, it has to be separate, but everything else is fine.

The manager, a very bad person, did not let a child enter the bathroom who had to use the bathroom alone because we had not bought before. In the end we ate in that place but he was unconscious because he is a child and had a bathroom emergency 👎👎👎👎👎 👎
