I ordered a Salmon Bento Box with Chicken Sunday night. It was the only out of the ordinary meal I had eaten, I fell ill immediately after and it’s almost been a week and I’m still having stomach problems.

I used to really like the food here and would order a couple times a month when I was tired of eating fried food from some of the fast food restaurants in the neighborhood. I stopped buying though when I saw that they received a "B" restaurant inspection grade. I can't trust their food or their cleanliness anymore.Even if they receive an "A" grade in the near future, I find some of their prices difficult to justify. The Sarku Japan app doesn't work 90% of the times, and there's another japanese restaurant that opened 2-3 blocks away from here with similar food.I'm really disappointed, but I hope they can turn things around.

The food was nice but I was in the bathroom with a bad stomach, I waited for no one to be in the line so I could be there for longer for my stomach, but as soon as I went back to my table where my sister was getting yelled at by an employee or something because I was in the bathroom for too long, surprised that no one else was in the Line, but they yelled at her anyway, the incident happened a few months ago so I don't remember everything, though l guess it was quiet there

This is a brick-and-mortar location of Sarku, the Japanese fast food chain you frequently find inside malls. It's decent tasting food if you are in the mood for quick teriyaki and sushi rolls. The best deal are their bento boxes that come with meat with rice, a california roll, salad, and three pieces of fried gyoza.As this is a chain, my review is for this particular location. While most of the food tasted fresh, both of our teriyaki plates were too dry. There was no teriyaki sauce on the meat at all, which made for a slightly underwhelming meal. The gyoza we were given were also hard and old.

Worst teriyaki place in queens. the lady in the front gave me an attitude because we came in an hour before they close. i then seen the lady place a old chicken teriyaki order with my order thats been sitting there from someone elses delivery order also i ordered a kids bowl for my daughter and look how much food i got after pulling out the veg. i also bought two other chicken teriyaki orders. i got ripped off on the portion plus had burned pieces of the grill in it smh i asked for no veg and they put veg on every order plus tried to hide it under the rice because they didnt want to take it out smh. the chicken is like boil chicken rather then fried. never gonna order again just because you close in a hour dosent mean you should short people out there money and food
