Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add
They cook everything perfectly, definitely one of my favorite wing stops! They’re not cheap with their portions, seasoning or anything . Literally no complaints and I’ve ordered from here 10x plus never failed me. Great job guys!

Had food poisoning, tried that new hot lemon and hot wings and my stomach and well being was messed up for a whole week. Used the bathroom about 7x a day it was wild. Don’t think I’d eat here again.

I order here and they got my order wrong ,they send me 4 mini containers of ranch when I order only 2 and 2 honey mustard because they didn’t have Honey mustard,then they send Ranch instead keep in mind that they charge 2 bucks for each sauce ,then the put the wrong sauce on my wings something spicy sweet intead of habanero and to make things worse they didn’t even put my brownie and when I call and ask for refund they told me they couldn’t since there was no manager for that and to call tomorrow so DEFINITELY not getting anything from this specially wingsstop
