I’ve been to this Burger King twice recently, and both times multiple items were missing from my order. On top of that, the wait time for food was extremely long. What made it more frustrating was seeing about four people standing in the back instead of working. If everyone had been helping, it would have been much quicker. Very disappointing experience overall. I like the remodel but they need to remodel the employees

I gave them 1 star and that’s too many. Terrible customer service, it looks nobody wants to make eye contact with you so you don’t ask for anything. We didn’t get thw drinks that we PAID for, no sauces, rang the bell multiple times and nobody showed up. Unbelievable!

I think the salt Shaker top came off on my fries i just got and I'm 40 minutes away!this will not help someone with kidney issues! Uggg

Loved the SpongeBob meal

We asked for those new SpongeBob meals, one normal and one kid's meal. The cashier went to the back to ask about a kid's meal and then when she came back, said we were all set. We got our food and were only given one meal with everything wrong. Wrong drink, wrong foods, and they explained that it was because they had none of the correct foods for the meal. Didn't even explain why they didn't give us one of the meals we asked for. The redesign looks nice though.

The new remodel looks awesome. They have a mean double cheeseburger. For a fast food burger, it's on point. The drive through was fast and efficient.
