The feeling of hurry up and wait, and when I asked for the district manager’s contact information so I can try to resolve the issue the store manager set the phone down and left. Obviously doesn’t want the boss to know what’s going on.

Very welcoming but long lines for drive through after breakfast
Everything was great besides not recieving the sauce packets that we paid extra for remember you need the sauce. BK you would have been sauced up with five stars all the way across if you didn’t miss the sauce. Other than that, everything was amazing.

I recently visited Cortland the other day and decided I'd stop for a bite to eat. And what other place then Burger King! Not always my first choice but I figured since it was the closest thing why not give it a try! So, I walk In and IMMEDIATELY was greeted by a wonderful girl working the front counter. Her name was Sara and when I tell you she cares about customer service, she cares about customer service! Taking my order was a bit complicated because I haven't been In a while so she kindly took the time to go through the menu to help me find what sounded good. The food was great, the service was kind and quick, i'll be coming back to Cortland just for this Burger King!
