About Cortland Diner

Cortland Diner offers very good and reasonably priced food in a cool vintage atmosphere mostly lit with a red neon light. The kids menu has lots of choices. The chicken and waffles, hash, and Cortland skillet were amazing. The staff, though possibly tired, were not very friendly. Cleanliness was average, but the grill workers were fantastic. Refills on drinks were lacking, and the waitstaff was rated 4/10. Despite this, the waitress was accommodating to a group of 7. The seating was decent, and the food was hot and tasty, although the bathrooms were described as nasty and damp. Worth a try for the food quality, but expectations for staff friendliness should be kept in check.
