Second time coming to this location while returning from Florida. Very friendly service, food comes out really quickly and tastes great.
I had the Dorito cool ranch chopped cheeseburger, and it was a huge mess. To be honest, it would be better not chopped up, but still tasted fine. We also ordered the Philly steak and cheese sandwich.

I gave them three stars because we got charged incorrectly. They were overcharging the ice cream items. We had to have them remove stuff and then they didn't still give us the discount for the ice cream that came with the meal. So we end up overpaying. And we just got tired of telling them to fix it so we just dealt with it. Otherwise they could have gotten four stars

A blast from the past! We haven't had Friendly's in Rochester for 10 years +. Went to Cortland to watch my nephew play hockey and I got a peanut butter cup sundae. The hockey team won and so did I! Food was as good as I remember and the service was fantastic.
