Good place to eat or have a drink.john the owner is a pretty decent guy.rooms.are.fairly affordable and cleaner the most places.good location
Here's the thing, the rooms are smaller than a jail cell, you are not supposed to have any co-ed visitors, and the place has more security than Fort Knox... I will say that of all the boarding houses, it is usually immaculately cleaned! Would, and could, be a 5 star joint if the owner would step forth into the present day and age and adjust his overbearingly strict rules to allow for renters to enjoy themselves more and not feel like they are in prison and being harrassed all the time.
Great place good times
I was at frank and mary's
Nice place
Had a great time. Everyone was friendly on the bowling league. Thank you. Can't wait to go again
a cold beer at a good price. Interesting people and the Bartender I know, John, Is a nice guy to talk to. food is hilarious with texas hots and fries. Fish sandwich and lots of other Bar food. a couple booths and a long bar with back rooms.
Great 40's decor, great owner, a little small, but good prices, and atmosphere. A cool throwback to better times.
Place was ok. Good for those who want a quiet setting.

Very disgusting people
The best bar in Cortland to relax in, hands down!
Great Hoffman hotdogs and homemade fries. Limited bar menu, but ohhhhh sooooo good. John Morton the owner gives good conversation on many subjects while you enjoy your meal and drink
The owner is the nicest man! Quiet bar, great drinks!
