Hollenbeck's Cider Mill has been a seasonal staple since I was a child. Unfortunately, the customer service is not what it used to be! When a customer calls to pick up PREPAID items...next day, (because of life) unable to pick up in the 2 hr window offered. They also had my phone number and did not try to call. I understand day old is not sold and thrown away. I was still trying to pick up day old...again prepaid. The amount of rudeness, claiming the business lost money?? Reordered,...read full review
you could improve by not being a bunch of " karens". we put your place on our family trip lost but are removing due to you " calling out" someone who was promoting your business. this place doesn't allow free speech or free think apparently
