Now they wont give us what we want. We even call ahesd to order this. We are no longer a customer there. We went to cortland new york

Rude staff, makes rude comments because they blocked half there counter with a big sign and can't see. Doesn't check front counter at all for people unless people start talking loudly.

It had been about 2 years since we've been there then my son really wanted to try it again to see if it was better than what we remembered. Unfortunately, the fried chicken is still nasty. The grease sticks like thick paste in your mouth. We had bought a small bucket and ended up throwing most of it out. Other food items are okay, but the chicken? Come on!

Online says store closes at 11pm, I placed an order online through door dash at exactly 10pm and at 10:24pm I got an alert saying my order was canceled because the store was closed.

Terrible. Ordered 2 4piece meals. Coleslaw was watery and smelled spoiled. Chicken breasts were slimy, maybe undercooked and the wing was dried out!!!! They are so over priced and the quality is poor...

Drive through was quick and on point.food was not bad.
Worst customer service ever manager doesn't care about a damn thing bought 3 meals no utensils no sauces no napkins had to eat mashed potatoes with our fingers called to complain manager hung up obviously does not care took over twenty minutes to get a simple order..Do not waste your time place is filthy..will never go back

Left sitting at drive-through for 10 minutes before I drove up to the window. Was told by the young man at the window that he was told not to take any orders from drive-through. He then said he was just told he could start taking orders again. Never heard of such a thing. Bad customer service.

Went for lunch and always eat inside, however, this time we left! Customers in line in front of us waited 10 minutes inside for service and also left. We waited awhile and after no one would take our order we also left. Probably will never go back?
