Rude staff, makes rude comments because they blocked half there counter with a big sign and can't see. Doesn't check front counter at all for people unless people start talking loudly.

Left sitting at drive-through for 10 minutes before I drove up to the window. Was told by the young man at the window that he was told not to take any orders from drive-through. He then said he was just told he could start taking orders again. Never heard of such a thing. Bad customer service.

I've been to this location several times. They are very consistent... at being out of something. Today it was mountsin dew. Last week it was chicken tenders. A few months before that it was chicken. A year ago it was biscuits. I love kfc... but just be prepare to change your order on the fly if needed. I haven't lost faith in this location yet.
