Really great staff interaction at this Starbucks. Our iced white chocolate mocha with extra shot was great, and our bacon Gouda egg sandwich wes good as well. Only complaint is that the bathroom was probably the dirtiest I have seen of all the Starbucks I have been to. This should to be addressed as it is not typical.

My first visit to this Starbucks, needed a place to sit with WiFi. The chai tea latte was standard Starbucks, plenty hot and tasty. Their WiFi network was zippy, just what I needed to get some work done and clean up my emails. There is some construction going on behind the store so parking was limited but that is a short term issue. I would return on my next visit to Cortland.Parking: Parking is a bit limited now due to construction but most people drive through this place

Only ordered drinks. They were not made as ordered but staff was very friendly. Several staff standing around and staring while ordering which was a little uncomfortable.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very patient while kids decided on drinks and made a big deal about the kids getting new reusable cups off their clearance wall.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is super friendly and the order is correct, other times they are in a hurry and the order is wrong and don't ask for a remake it will be worse. I would rather go to Dunkin and have consistency.
I always love the service here, but on 10/12/23 the barista sam spoke to me and my mother with a very condescending and kinda rude tone when my mother simply asked about one of her items we were waiting on. I don’t care how busy you are, you don’t get a right to talk to anyone as if they’re an annoyance in the way she did. Not impressed with her.

My drink was supposed to be a pumpkin spice latte NO FOAM NO WHIP NO TOPPINGS! I took a drink it had whip cream so I took it out (I get sick) then look underneath! It tasted almost apple it was weird NOT PUMPKIN SPICE! I would have turned around but THE RUDENESS WAS INTENSE I COULDN'T!! The barista at the window definitely have off hate feelings for her job and everyone!

Walked through the drive-thru lane because my car was being worked on at a neighboring business so I was without a car and had two golden retrievers which meant that I couldn’t go in the building. At the window the man informed me as he laughed at me that I was not allowed to use the drive-thru. I pointed to the dogs and said that I can’t come in the building so I’d like to use the window to order…again laughing at me said that I wasn’t allowed to use the drive-thru window.
