This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is super friendly and the order is correct, other times they are in a hurry and the order is wrong and don't ask for a remake it will be worse. I would rather go to Dunkin and have consistency.
I always love the service here, but on 10/12/23 the barista sam spoke to me and my mother with a very condescending and kinda rude tone when my mother simply asked about one of her items we were waiting on. I don’t care how busy you are, you don’t get a right to talk to anyone as if they’re an annoyance in the way she did. Not impressed with her.

Several staff standing around and staring while ordering which was a little uncomfortable.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very patient while kids decided on drinks and made a big deal about the kids getting new reusable cups off their clearance wall.
