Ordered a tuna sub on the app, brought it home to realize that they put chicken instead of tuna. Brought it back 30 minutes before they closed and the doors were locked and no one was answering the phones. Knocked on the door until the man opened it and asked why the doors were locked if it’s 30 minutes before close to which he responded “I’m the only one here.” I asked him to remake the sandwich and he said they had no tuna. Told him I would take a refund then. He then tells me to get a refund online, which is impossible to do. I told him that when you try to get a refund online it redirects you back to the store and he said “I don’t know how to do a refund.” We asked for the name/ contact information of the manager and he said he didn’t know.
Our order is always messed up. Employees are always standing outside smoking instead of working, and the manager seemingly thinks it’s okay to schedule one employee for a close who isn’t competent enough to complete a refund or leave the door unlocked until closing.
This is the last time subway will ever get any of our money.

My order was through DoorDash. The person/s at the store put wrong topping on one sandwich and omitting toppings including my smashed avocado ? topping. This is twice my order came screwed up. Busy not an excuse. Take time to read the order to correctly show care for the customers wants on their food. ?

The girl Ivy who worked today 10/18/23 while I was in there at 4:30 whispered the other girl working to mess up one of my subs so the girl put like no mayonnaise on it. That sub was for a disabled man. How may others does she do this too?
