First time back in a really long time this place went downhill. Ordered nachos looked like someone took a dump on top of the chips just a mess, and did not taste good at all. Has a chicken Cesar wrap tased terrible. Had a French onion soup tasted like water. Only thing that was good was the fries that came with the wrap. Will def not be coming back

Food is great. However, if you order something specific they want nothing to do with it. Service is less than satisfactory. If I’m ordering something specific, make it and charge me accordingly don’t try and talk me out of what I want. It’s a diner not a 5 star steak house. Make my food the way I want it. Simple concept. Also, an argument over the phone and the order is wrong? Unacceptable.

Delicious food at fair prices. Service staff is cordial and prompt. Spacious area so diners aren't on top of each other. Abundance of windows allow natural light to brighten the area. The entire diner is clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. The only knock is the cheap quality forks. Whether they are too narrow or too thin, they just don't feel right.

Great beautiful diner, server was the worst ever, he couldn’t answer anything about the menu, ordered Jamaican jerk bbq sandwiches, after getting it it was bland bbq sauce, then he said that’s the way they make it. I want be back and it was 45.00 for two sandwiches, overpriced

Edit: The owner, Matina, reached out to me and rectified the situation. Her customer service truly made up for the prior service I was shown by one of the employees. She is a gem and I really appreciate her attention to the matter.
I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger from door dash from this restaurant and it was raw in the middle...raw and cold. I asked for raw onions and ketchup and didnt get what i asked for that as well. i called to tell them that my burger was cold and raw on the inside and that my fries were cold. At least rare is warm...this wasnt even warm!!! The lady who answered said there is nothing they could do about it. She said I should have specified that I wanted the burger the way I wanted it. I said I specified the onions and ketchup and didn't get that. They still would have not given me a medium well burger even if I had specified it then. Horrible service. Smh

I don’t recommend this place. The male server seemed like throwing free food into my face when he roughly placed the dish on the table. His attitude was rude. I was the customer and paid whatever in the bill so I couldn’t accept this bad manner.
Long time customer and we’ve loved our food and our servers. However the older lady who runs the cash register is downright rude. Was so rude to me and my well behaved children tonight. We sadly won’t back since this place is clearly not kid friendly (and the lady made that abundantly clear).
