This is a photo of the chicken quesadillas we ordered firstly, it was just thrown into a pizza box. Secondly it was beef not chicken. Thirdly - full of lettuce and tomatoes and no cheese .WTH Bella’s , how can you send this crap out. Sub par food and service

I order the chicken francese lunch, the chicken parm lunch, and cheesecake. Couple special instructions like no tomatoes as I'm allergic. I got a smashed chicken francese, sauce all over everything. No cheesecake at all. And a few fresh tomatoes in the food for good luck 🙄 i really wanted the cheesecake....😭 I still have it a 4 star as i don't want to hurt the business but wrote this more to inform the consumer to be wary of delivery. I ordered through a 3rd party app but the restaurant has its own delivery people and it would seem the food had a seat on the floor the way this order showed up....and no one double checked before it left obviously either

Unfortunately, the first and the last time I will be eating this food …the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. Tasteless! no seasoning , nothing! the chicken soup was tasteless too! The soup was like water with some noodles thrown in it! Horrible ! I know restaurants are cutting back because of the economy, but this is ridiculous! My opinion ofcourse ….they will never get my business again. Sorry guys! I’m from the Bronx…I grew up eating great Italian food ! The only good experience I had was the guy who delivered the food, very friendly and pleasant.
