This place is a joke, we ordered via GrubHub. Got a phone call from the manager of Carvel demanding that we pay over the phone with credit card for extra toppings that were added thru GrubHub or the order would not be sent. I explain I already paid with the app, he told me he did not get paid on his end told him that is between the store and GrubHub but that I paid and would appreciate my items being sent out, he hung up and called me back a few minutes later to tell me my order will not be sent out until I paid via credit card over the phone. Very suspicious and has been reported to GrubHub as well as police. Definitely ruined some kiddos night!

Home of the shrinking ice cream cake. I've visited here several times and it's disappointing and also near comical how low their ice cream cakes sit in the boxes. It is somewhat time dependent of what day you visit. This is especially disappointing when one considers why people buy ice cream cakes, for celebration, and no one wants to feel ripped off when they are celebrating. And if you have a party, inevitably someone will mention just how short this cake is and the reality hits you how you got ripped off on your special day. This store really needs to do the right thing and if they sell a cake designed to celebrate, to actually come through.

This place really let itself go. I used to go here all the time during my childhood and all throughout middle school and high school. The ice cream and dashers aren't really all that good. Either their machines are broken, or the ice cream is just expired. I always feel disappointed and unsatisfied because its all melted and soupy.

Stopped in to get an ice cream cake, there’s a birthday and Father’s Day being celebrated in my household today. I knew it would be a lot to spell out ‘Happy Father’s Day and happy birthday,’ so I asked the older gentleman that ‘helped’ me, (he appeared to be the manager or the owner and honestly didn’t seem to care very much,) to just abbreviate the two. He asked if I wanted block letters and I said no I would like something pretty and scripty.

I should actually give you five stars because I’ve gotten so many people to laugh about how really bad this is that I’m now glad you did a really bad job.
There’s a carvel closer to me and I purposely drove to this store because in the past your employees have always been kind helpful and done a beautiful job. Won’t be back.

I was disappointed that there weren't any frosting swirls in the ice cream cake ice cream, and he was so nice - he put a dollop of icing on top of the cone for me!
Karla was wonderful and was able to make me a beautiful cake with a photo for my daughters second birthday with very short notice! She was helpful, kind and is super talented!

It's ice cream, it's delicious.DON'T miss their buy one get one free on Wednesdays. Can anyone mess up ice cream. Lol. Only downside it's a small space so on a hot summers day I can easily see a line long line forming BUT they have ample parking, so not a big deal..
