I always enjoy my butter pecan iced coffee. Extra flavor, no sugar, and cream. A great variety of food. My granddaughter loves it too! I only recommend what I've tried.

First time back since the remodeling. The renovations were fairly decent, (a little over-the-top for the location if you ask me), but the service was absolutely terrible!
My twin had bariatric surgery back in 2021 and can now only have small, non-carbonated beverages. The Spark'D Energy drinks have consistently been a top-seller for the company these past six or so months, and, until today, I've NEVER had any issues requesting any variety of the signature beverage without sparkling water.
In other words, every other Dunkin that I've been to across the Tri-State Area, including N.Y.C., their staff has very willingly provided me with, and even offered-up the option of: either an entirely free or low-charge substitution; AND they often do so without any direct input or request from me! They just ask me if I want anything different than the sparkling water! (Traditionally, Dunkins can offer-up either lemonade or tea as suitable replacement for the drink's sparkling water base!)
The staff, (one short, older woman in particular), were disgustingly rude & incompetent and she and some new kid initially refused to make my drink and then gave me attitude about it when I graciously thanked them! I was being nothing but appreciative and sincere, and instead they chose to start arguing with me and told me, "Never again; it's against company policy!"
Please hire more qualified candidates who better understand basic customer relations & who have—overall—stronger communication skills. And to everyone else, PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION.
You can literally go to the Dunkin across from the Croton Commons, either of the two near the VJ Mall (the one directly along E. Main in Mohegan Lake by far better of the two), either of the two in Peekskill, or just anywhere else for that matter!
I've been in Upper Westchester since 1997 and spent the overwhelming majority of my childhood & adulthood here, (and yes, I'm legitimately both very poor and an actual Brown immigrant; incredible how adoption works, huh?), and never once have I such a FRUSTRATING experience at a local Dunkin. I'd give this place 0 Stars if I could. THEY NEED TO LEGALLY HONOR & RESPECT SERIOUS DIETRY RESTRISTIONS, AND YET, THEY DON'T!!!!! (Also, remember: This is the same location that allegedly refuses to fill people's tumblers and mugs, even if they're store-bought.)

It is a normal Dunkin but I was unhappy that they wouldn't fill a traveler's mug and would only waste a paper cup. Other Dunkins have had no issue and this store even sells reusable mugs. Probably won't go again.

I love this place, the staff is very pleasant but I can't stand that the employees that are the ones that prepare our food are the once that clean toilet and floor, very unhealthy and disappointing, all other food places pay someone just to do cleaning and sanitation, specifically if they are working with bleach and strong cleaning products.

Just stopped there for coffee on our way home. They don't have a drive-thru but I was able to place a mobile order and they made our two coffees perfectly. Be patient because there are only a couple of people work in there since there's no drive-thru they have to do everything but it's worth the wait.

One of the most efficient and fast serving Dunkin’s in the area. Someone accidentally took my order but the cashier Oscar was very quick to help and get my order out. 100% my new dunkin spot thanks to the staff
