Walked in and wasn’t even greeted—just stared at, which immediately set the tone. I ended up spending almost $40 on a plain grilled chicken wrap and one buffalo chicken wrap, and neither was worth the price. The service was horrible, and the food was bland and not up to par at all. For what you pay, you’d expect at least basic customer service and better quality. Very disappointing experience.

My wife ordered from this place after hearing it was good from friends. Terrible service, employees made a mistake on our order and refused to fix the order. They didn't deny the mistake, but never honored the order my wife had purchased. Very disappointed by this, we work hard for our money and this was a true waste!

Every time I order here weather it’s to stay or to go they “lose” my order for thirty minutes - I usually have to ask a second time for them to START it again - the food is great but they are so slow that it’s not worth going there.

Standing there waiting to be served no one stopped and asked us if we need help or anything. People were coming up behind us and they started to take their orders while we standing in there like we’re invisible horrible service. The staff was rude. Never go back in there again.😤 PS you should teach your staff to say good morning and ask people do they need help not running back-and-forth chitchatting with each other.

I stopped by and had a fantastic experience. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the bagel I ordered was fresh and satisfying. It’s clear they bake them in-house and offer a huge variety everything from classic flavors to a fun rainbow bagel, plus a great selection of breads and sweet cupcakes. 
Their menu also includes amazing protein milkshakes and smoothies that complement the baked goods perfectly. I tried a shake that was thick, creamy, and exactly what I needed mid-morning. 
If you’re in the area and craving a solid coffee+bagel combo or a protein-packed drink, this place is definitely worth a visit. Friendly local vibe, plenty of choices, and overall a great breakfast or snack spot in Crompond. Would happily return!
