I stopped by and had a fantastic experience. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the bagel I ordered was fresh and satisfying. It’s clear they bake them in-house and offer a huge variety everything from classic flavors to a fun rainbow bagel, plus a great selection of breads and sweet cupcakes. 
Their menu also includes amazing protein milkshakes and smoothies that complement the baked goods perfectly. I tried a shake that was thick, creamy, and exactly what I needed mid-morning. 
If you’re in the area and craving a solid coffee+bagel combo or a protein-packed drink, this place is definitely worth a visit. Friendly local vibe, plenty of choices, and overall a great breakfast or snack spot in Crompond. Would happily return!

Do not go here if you have allergies! They will be rude, act like it’s an inconvenience and not follow directions! My one year old is allergic to sesame and I informed the man who was taking my order. I asked for a plain bagel with butter and he said he could not do that because they are grabbing different bagels constantly. I then asked for a ham and cheese on a roll instead of that. He then brought out a SEEDED roll and had an attitude when my husband asked to change it. We still got charged for a bagel even though we asked to change it and the fear of cross contamination in my child’s food. For a $50 breakfast I expected better service and accommodation. I will not be going back.
The quality has really gone downhill since they became a franchisee… Twice they’ve gotten my in-house order completely wrong. On another two occasions, the omelets I ordered were so undercooked to the point of being inedible. Such a shame, as I used to love their bagel selections and cream cheeses pre-remodeling. It’s an ok-place for coffee, but please save your money and prevent agitation by being a patron at Cortlandt Farms or elsewhere around that 202 corridor.

Service was bad. Most of the staff were confused. So many people working bumping into each other. And wow was it expensive with no taste.
Bagels responded and my response is below.
My response Okay so wife ordered eggs they were burnt and no taste. Son ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the sandwich again had no taste. Also the sandwich only had a half slice cheese. We ordered 2 large coffees and that was extremely burned. We waited until someone finished stocking fridge and they took our order with so many people walking around. And that person did not wash their hands. So it was quite expensive. And if it’s expensive it should taste decent.
You need to have people directed to stay where they are and move things along like a small assembly line. And with all the people walking around have someone taking orders and bringing food.

Workers here show discrimination towards minorities which is weird for (obvious reasons) but its part of the atmosphere in areas like this cater to whoever u want but my money green like everyone else and this has been a pattern not just one incident … micro aggression/ verbally being rude / not prioritizing every costumer… pick your poison but enough is enough had to write something
