I like Grandma's because their food is consistent and yummy. We have gotten pies for the holiday season and they are delicious. Order early they will be sold out.
The pizza was delicious! Didn't capture a picture of the pie but the pie was also delicious?
Good place off the Taconic Pkwy to stop with kids. big varied menu, breakfast all day and good desserts. food isn't anything special but it's good.
Slow for take out. Was told 30 minutes. I still had to wait when I arrived 40 mins later. My turkey burger was pretty good though. Fries were trash. Pizza was decent.
BestCheesecake I’ve ever had, Amazing Rich flavor! You must try this cake if you love cheesecake.. I can’t wait to try them all!
Very Good ?, tried apple and mixed barriers. Apple pie is really good as it tastes original where mixed barriers way too sweet for me and more like made from jam.Neat clean place with friendly staff.
Not the same restaurant it used to be. Food was ok, so was the service. Glory days seems to have passed. Nearly always empty now.
For the record I love their blueberry pies, but am always searching high and low for their elusive Dutch Blueberry pie. They never have it same day which is fine so you must order a day in advance… cool. Every regular Blueberry pie is absolutely delish so I was expecting to be blown away by the Dutch version. So yesterday we call ahead and ordered two and left out name for pickup. I arrive this afternoon 12/24 and after giving my name a guy walks away with two crusts to the back of the kitchen… first bad sign and really annoyed that I had to wait for my two pies that I ordered in advance. When I finally received I was tempted to check in the store, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well, for starters after opening the box a short while ago they pie looked like exactly what I expected. The lady we placed the order with last night didn’t record our order or they intentionally gave away our pies to another customer. I say intentionally because most normal places check name and phone… well in our cases it looked like both pies were literally cooked crusts with blueberry dumped in and crumb carelessly sprinkled on in haste. I’ve seen their Apple crumb and the top looks completely covered in crumb. Really annoyed that ordering in advance resulted in literal slop. This place has been plagued over recent years with hit or miss service and this will keep me from not visiting their establishment for the forseeable future. I tried reheating in an attempt to cook the crumb top and it looks like a non crumb pie. Thanks Grandmas!
We really like this place. The food is good and prices reasonable. What you don't get from the name is the pies. Not pizza pies but baked pies like Grandma made hence the name. They have many different pies from traditional to more modern like Bumbleberry. My personal favorite is the Pecan pie, which if you know this kind can be too sweet or too packed with pecans. Grandmas gets it just right.Go for the dinner and make sure to get dessert.
I’ve been buying my pumpkin pies at Grandmas for as long as I can recall & have always been pleased. This year a family member was making the pumpkin pie so I decided to try something different. What a mistake!!! I ordered a Key Lime Pie which I assumed would have at least some resemblance to key lime pies I’ve eaten elsewhere. Was I ever wrong. I asked if it was fresh & I was assured it was. However, what I was not informed of was that it was more like key lime jello pie. The filling was a gelatinous, gloppy, green mess. The few of us brave enough to try it, took a bite & spit it out. The rest of the pie went straight to the garbage where it belonged!

Decent prices and good food. Little meat in lasagna.
Great food, polite service & perfect portions. But on a Sunday late morning at least, it was slow... Seated quickly but at least 10 minutes for coffee/water & another 15 to take orders, & at least 30 more for food. So go, it was delicious, but don't be in a rush--and don't forget to save room for some amazing looking pie!
Pizza compares with anything in NYC. WellBuilt sandwiches too and great dessert pies. A nice find.
Stopped for lunch. Party had burger deluxe, kids chicken tenders with French h fries, personal pan mushroom pizza a d I had veggies wrap. All food was fresh and tasty.
Excellent food and great service. Will highly recommend their specialty pizza pies and their dessert pies!
