For the Masses
Pastrami With Corned Beef lb
Corned Beef -before it hits the pot for a long slow cook on the stove, this brisket takes a bath for a week in our spiced brine. Pastrami -starts the same way as a corned beef but after the brine, this brisket is crusted with black pepper and coriander seed, then smoked and steamed.
Turkey lb.
Herb crusted and roasted slow.
Pulled Pork lb.
Pork shoulder is slow smoked for hours until it shreds apart with nothing but a fork.
Smoked Chicken Lb.
Marinated in our house garlic-sauce, hand-pull the leg quarters after few hours in the smoker.
Brisket By the Pound
This cut of beef is seasoned with nothing more than salt and pepper, and slow smoked to ensure a tender bite.

This was quite literally the best sandwich, I've ever had. Period. EXAGGERATING??? TRY IT YOURSELF. THE BRISKET CAROLINA. The brisket is wonderfully tender, flavor packed slaw, and sweet on the tongue bbq. I will stop in here every time I pass by.

Today was my first time in the shop and Marianna greeted us as we walked in. The food and service was great and to hear how she raises her animals on her farm for the food in the shop was something I was pleased to hear. The place was very busy during lunch hour with people coming and going and lots of people taking out food as wel. IO plan on returning soon
