The staff at Starbucks in Cortlandt Manor needs to be educated in customer service and knowing the law. When a customer says they have a medical condition that inhibits them from wearing a mask, they need to move on, not ask for a card or what that medical condition is, that is a violation of the ADA (American Disabilities Act). When things don't go their way in the conversation, they shouldn't throw their hands up in the air, roll their eyes and turn and walk away.
