…I was in the area, so had a quick visit, sat behind customer buying out the store (always do) and remarked to employee at drive-thru about her patience.
Food was terrible. Unlike what I would normally eat at other Wendy's. Napkins, straws, ketchup is only available from the counter person. Not convenient.
I took my son to the Wendy's Drive- thru. I hadn't been there in years! When I got up to the menu, I had some questions about the meal deals and a drink substitution for my sons meal. The drive-thru attendant was friendly, suggested options that made sense and actually helped me out without sounding like he had better things to do.
