It is really hard to make a left and you will sit there and wait if you are behind someone turning left. There is another McDonald's a mile and a half away to the left but none for several miles to the right. Most of us will be making a right and that should have been considered.Parking: Most people pick up either curbside or at the drive-thru and do not park.Kid-friendliness: It's mcdonald's!“
“I placed an order last night. Never received my order. When I called to complain, I was told there was nothing they can do. So much for customer service. $76.11 is a lot of money to lose. I am not done with this. The Door Dash driver needs to be fired. Wendy's needs to give me my money back. I'm going to keep complaining, until something is done.“
“Stopped by as a hot dog enthusiast who just happened to find themselves in Ossining and was not dissapointed! Had two dogs, forget the names but ones was a spin on a BLT and the other a dog w pastrami and kraut; both came on split too New England style rolls, both buttered and toasted, resilient enough to support the generous toppings. Both were fantastically delicious, the BLT dog was crisp, delicious, the dog itself snappy and beefy, while the other had the a great balance between the crisp, sour slaw and the melty cheese. The owner, who happened to be alone that day was kind and generous, and the next time I'm passing g this way I'll be sure to stop by to sample the rest of the menu. Would highly recommend!“

“I decided to get Wanna Empanada for my son's 4th birthday party instead of the go-to pizza. Wanna Empanada responded very quickly to me with a catering menu and were so easy to work with. We picked up the empanadas the night before since our party was on a Sunday. They provided instructions on how to reheat and packaged the empanadas so beautifully that we didn't even need to pull out serveware to display them. We ordered 7 different kinds for a total of 78 empanadas and every single one was delicious. We hosted 20 people at our place and were only left with 6 empanadas as leftovers. Our guests insisted on taking leftovers and could not stop eating them. Afterwards, I received texts from our guests telling me how delicious the empanadas were. The outside are the perfect thickness and perfectly crisp and they are STUFFED with filling. No skimping here. We will now be expected to serve empanadas at our gatherings instead of our usual pizza.“
“I came in around 10 am on a friday, and I just got out of bed looking like a hot mess. So I decide hey I'll go to subway for once and when I got there I was greeted with a smile from the man working there. There was a chair in the way of the fridge and I took the liberty of moving it myself but the man told me to just leave it there and came around to move it for me instead. I was treated with so much respect from this man when he took the rest of my order, and I work in customer service, so it felt really great to be treated with such respect. I'd recommend this place not just for its quality of food but for its service to customers. Thank you for the great experience!“

Very nice staff and an exceptionally cordial manager who helped us out with our mobile app. Spacious and very clean indoor seating, and a cute row of tables outdoors, too. And yes, those fries are STILL awesome.The one who took my order was friendly.Everything is made fresh to order and you can see their process while you wait.Bacon cheeseburgers were just as good as the fries. Filling and delicious all around.Inside was clean - even the drinks area was clean, which is rare since the general public tends to mess it up in most other businesses. There was plenty of seating.Located in the Cortlandt Town Center shopping plaza, there's no shortage of parking - just use caution (and patience) while navigating the lot since there are a lot of bad drivers who come to the Center.This location has renewed my taste for Five Guys again, so I'm sure I will be back now.“

“I legitimately got the nicest most well-made burgers and wrap that I've gotten from any of the mainstream fast food restaurants in a very long time. The gal behind the counter made our sandwiches nicely and not the usual fast and sloppy. It may have been because it was after the lunch rush and they weren't very busy, but they were made very nicely nonetheless. She also added some extra spicy sauce to my wrap when I asked.“

“Depending on who you speak with they are very kind and drive thru is almost always super quick. From my experience order is always correct unlike McDonalds I get different food but for instance I'd order a hamburger and turns out to be a cheeseburger.Breakfast french toast sticks are the best as well as the hash browns are good too.Parking: Many spots located all around the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible in front of building as well as to the side back door I believe.“
“I come here often because it's close to home and my girlfriend, the kids and I all love the food here but tonight I got they upset me a little bit. I always order the bowl with the tortilla on the side(the bowl and the burrito are the same price). On the past 15 occasions I have done this I never payed extra for the tortilla. Tonight I asked for an extra tortilla and was charged for 2 tortillas. I asked the girl(who wasn't even the one at the register but hit whatever button to add the 2nd tortilla to the bill) why am I paying for 2 tortillas when the I'm only getting 1 extra. She said none of the tortillas are free. It says right on the screen "EXTRA tortilla on the side" not in capital letters but you get the point. I didn't make a big fuss because it's 75¢ but it still left a bad taste in my mouth.“

“I've been here a few times since they opened. I mainly use the app and pick the order up inside. Every time I've gone inside, you have to order through the kiosk. There is no one that takes your order behind the counter unless you go through the drive thru. The limited interaction I've had with the staff has always been good. They are polite and friendly. The food is good like your typical taco bell. The place is clean and well maintained. It's only 9 months old, so hopefully, it stays this way.“
