They have a different crew in there now. I haven't been there in a while but the other day I went to KFC. I walked in to avoid my oder from getting messed up and that's when I noticed the new crew. They were polite and fast. Food was hot. A kid named Benjamin was incredible with his service. Plus he made my company and i so very welcome. Good service but bathrooms need deep cleaning,just spray and wipe down stall doors and sinks I was afraid to touch things used a tissue to close stall door. Its covid time this is important health safeguards

Didn't know what to expect from the new chicken sandwich at, but I was really impressed with it the taste, the freshness, the bite was enormous. KFC you bumped it up with the new chicken sandwich. I'm loving it. The box special with the sandwich, nuggets, and fries and drink. I give it the biggest "OMG", EVERYONE SHOULD TRY IT. IT DESERVES A ? ??
