“Didn't know what to expect from the new chicken sandwich at, but I was really impressed with it the taste, the freshness, the bite was enormous. KFC you bumped it up with the new chicken sandwich. “Out of all the fast-food restaurants nearby Tacobell almost always gets my order right and in a timely manner even if they are busy. There's also one person who lightens up the mood and making customers laugh. He deserves a raise! I did leave a few survey reviews of him so I hope he got his recognition he deserved!!!!“

“Stopped by as a hot dog enthusiast who just happened to find themselves in Ossining and was not dissapointed! Had two dogs, forget the names but ones was a spin on a BLT and the other a dog w pastrami and kraut; both came on split too New England style rolls, both buttered and toasted, resilient enough to support the generous toppings. Both were fantastically delicious, the BLT dog was crisp, delicious, the dog itself snappy and beefy, while the other had the a great balance between the crisp, sour slaw and the melty cheese. The owner, who happened to be alone that day was kind and generous, and the next time I'm passing g this way I'll be sure to stop by to sample the rest of the menu. Would highly recommend!“

“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

“I went earlier today(01/15/2023), and this has become my most "NEW FAVORITE HISPANIC FOOD PLACE." The service and hospitality are extremely outstanding. The staff is patient and understanding if you're new and friendly enough to suggest some of the locals' favorites. They have some amazing specials. I loved that the staff was open to customization and embraced my creativity nature. Despite me currently visiting from Las Vegas, NV, I was blown away by the burrito I customized. Granted, it isn't my own creation, although a recreation of an already well-known burrito with accommodation due to my lactose intolerance. It still impressed me for a California style burrito to taste so flavorful without any cheese or sour cream. Even the complimentary chips and salsa were beautifully made. I can't forget about the Orchata as well. It is the best damn Orchta's I ever had! This place is definitely a locals hidden gem that wowed me away. You can tell that a lot of care and love definitely goes into each meal that is created in their kitchen, and this is rare to come by nowadays! I plan to come back before I fly out to. “They offer some yummy loaded fries (Ecuadorian version) that reminded me of my childhood. I would recommend to call ahead to place your order as they are always busy and you’ll be waiting a while. They take cash and card and the service is always great.“

“I really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken both the fried and grilled . Mostly the grilled. It was the best grilled chicken I have ever had. Although the cashiers don’t speak Spanglish a supervisor came out and helped answer any questions I had then he actually bagged my order. I noticed this is a very busy restaurant which means the food is moving so it’s fresh. I will return when in the area. I place it above KFC Popeyes Crown Texas and Kennedy’s“

“We where visiting the area from Tampa FL and wanted some good sandwiches and came across them searching online. It was worth it. Ordering system with touchscreen super user friendly and easy to pay without human interaction. Sandwiches and burgers made fast and exactly as ordered. Fries were steamy and crispy. Clean friendly environment.“

“I had to deduct one star because my favorite Layl Shishi item is no longer on the menu. The VIP Cholent Plate (aka the Heimishe Sombrero) was truly a dish worthy of the VIP mantle. Cholent (bean or barley), potato kugel, kiskha, jachnun, eggs, Gedempte Fleish and two slices of garlic toast. Truly a way to end the workweek and rocket towards Shabbos.The poppers are still a strong contender tho - so I'll typically get those for my forschpeiz and get a sombrero elsewhere. Solid eating.“

“I decided to get Wanna Empanada for my son's 4th birthday party instead of the go-to pizza. Wanna Empanada responded very quickly to me with a catering menu and were so easy to work with. We picked up the empanadas the night before since our party was on a Sunday. They provided instructions on how to reheat and packaged the empanadas so beautifully that we didn't even need to pull out serveware to display them. We ordered 7 different kinds for a total of 78 empanadas and every single one was delicious. We hosted 20 people at our place and were only left with 6 empanadas as leftovers. Our guests insisted on taking leftovers and could not stop eating them. Afterwards, I received texts from our guests telling me how delicious the empanadas were. The outside are the perfect thickness and perfectly crisp and they are STUFFED with filling. No skimping here. We will now be expected to serve empanadas at our gatherings instead of our usual pizza.“

“OK, I've got to admit I'm a very big fan and addict of White Castle. The sliders here are my all-time favorite. They redid the entire restaurant and it looks so much cleaner and so much nicer. Before you couldn't really see how your White Castle burgers were being made, but now you can see everything. Very personable, but we waited on some things quite a bit longer than we should have. For example, we sat with our empty entree dishes for quite a while before they were cleared and our server followed up with the dessert menu. Then we waited a while for him to return and take a dessert order. Then we sat with the empty dessert dishes before we received a check.“

Came here for the hell of it since I was right in the area and just eating the fries to get to my burgers in the bag reminded me of what I was missing. And yes, those fries are STILL awesome.The one who took my order was friendly.Everything is made fresh to order and you can see their process while you wait.Bacon cheeseburgers were just as good as the fries. Filling and delicious all around.Inside was clean - even the drinks area was clean, which is rare since the general public tends to mess it up in most other businesses. “I came in around 10 am on a friday, and I just got out of bed looking like a hot mess. So I decide hey I'll go to subway for once and when I got there I was greeted with a smile from the man working there. There was a chair in the way of the fridge and I took the liberty of moving it myself but the man told me to just leave it there and came around to move it for me instead. I was treated with so much respect from this man when he took the rest of my order, and I work in customer service, so it felt really great to be treated with such respect. I'd recommend this place not just for its quality of food but for its service to customers. Thank you for the great experience!“

Outgoing! and all in sync .. take if you will a well oiled machine. In order for the machine to produce all components need to be working as one. “I come here often because it's close to home and my girlfriend, the kids and I all love the food here but tonight I got they upset me a little bit. I always order the bowl with the tortilla on the side(the bowl and the burrito are the same price). On the past 15 occasions I have done this I never payed extra for the tortilla. Tonight I asked for an extra tortilla and was charged for 2 tortillas. I asked the girl(who wasn't even the one at the register but hit whatever button to add the 2nd tortilla to the bill) why am I paying for 2 tortillas when the I'm only getting 1 extra. She said none of the tortillas are free. It says right on the screen "EXTRA tortilla on the side" not in capital letters but you get the point. I didn't make a big fuss because it's 75¢ but it still left a bad taste in my mouth.“

They explained Tabasco is an area in Mexico so the item we ordered (Tabasco Spring Roll) wasn’t made with the hot sauce. “Depending on who you speak with they are very kind and drive thru is almost always super quick. From my experience order is always correct unlike McDonalds I get different food but for instance I'd order a hamburger and turns out to be a cheeseburger.Breakfast french toast sticks are the best as well as the hash browns are good too.Parking: Many spots located all around the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible in front of building as well as to the side back door I believe.“

“Dee-licious!!! I ate the Old School Philly cheesesteak too fast to take a pic! It was SO good! The Old School fries are super tasty, too! A little more costly than typical fast food choices, but worth it. Just wish the roll was a little more toasted. Highly recommend if you are the Palisades Mall food court!“
