“Home Frite hit the spot. We were just passing through and thought the burger and fries joint looked good and it didn’t disappoint. Miranda took our order and was pleasant and friendly, providing great customer service. The atmosphere was chill with good music playing, but at a level that allowed conversation. It was clean and the seating was comfortable. It didn’t take long for our order to be ready and you can tell it was cooked to order unlike most fast food restaurants. I had the boneless wings which were delicious and my husband enjoyed his double cheeseburger. We shared the yummy, crispy fries as the portions were more than enough to feed us both. If you’re in the area and feeling hungry, stop in and enjoy a meal.“

“This is one of those places you tell all of your friends and family about. I haven’t tried a single thing on the menu that I’ve disliked. Some of my favorites include the Pappou’s Garden Salad and the Chicken Gyro Melt (special mention for the seasonal watermelon salad too). The staff goes above and beyond and the inside always looks clean and tidy. Special shout out to Nick behind the counter for always being friendly, helpful, and making great recommendations! 10/10 stars all around“

The people here are always ready for the lunch rushes and constantly give back to the community, from simple posters on their windows to directly supporting the Ramsey district, they have played their part in uplifting our community. Additionally, the highschool lunch rushes to get here are no joke, with some running to make sure they are first to get here.“

“I got something new, a Chiwawa- which is a giant ball of rice and cheese that they break open, add cheese sauce, protein (I got grilled chicken), sauce (Sriracha Honey), grilled buggies, black beans. It was very delicious, honestly 3 meals’ worth of yummy!!“

“The guys working were very nice and personable. The burgers and fries were delicious with fresh toppings.

The women’s bathroom is strange because, in every stall, the toilet paper dispenser is placed so that your leg touches the plastic while you’re sitting on the toilet, and you essentially pull the toilet paper into your lap. Clean otherwise!“

“Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

“We where visiting the area from Tampa FL and wanted some good sandwiches and came across them searching online. It was worth it. Ordering system with touchscreen super user friendly and easy to pay without human interaction. Sandwiches and burgers made fast and exactly as ordered. Fries were steamy and crispy. “I took my survey code to the Spring Valley, NY location and I had no problem. The employee that took my order is in fact the manager and out of curiosity I asked if Popeyes changed the rules about the survey code and he said no. He explained to me that, at his location it won’t be a problem and if I have an issue anywhere else, I’m more than welcome to come to his location and they will take it. I never had an issue at this location at all so, I might have to take the longer drive for good customer services..

Been here a bunch of times now. Overal the service is 10/10. And I have been going to the point pleasant original place for the last 25+ years, so it's solid at this location. I eat here specifically because the sub service is such good quality the majority of the time. Another comment said he felt discrimination because he was white. Well, it's never a skin thing but a sin thing, and don't ever forget, it was an African man that helped the Lord Jesus carry his cross.“

“I was on and out of town visit when I dropped by the store. The sandwich I usually get consists of vegetables only: spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and banana peppers. Many stores act as if the spinach is just a topping rather than the base of the sandwich. This shop made the sandwich nicely. I had no complaints. They staff was also very patient while I signed into the subway app as I had forgotten my password and it took more time than usual. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.“
