I must give kudos to Will at the Nanuet location. Ordered two sandwiches via the app for Nanuet pickup. They were filling a huge catering order and unfortunately a sandwich size mistake was noticed AFTER we got home. I called to see if I could get a portion refunded, but due to ordering via the app, that was not an option. Will graciously offered replacement food if we came back to pick it up. He was sweet, understanding and MORE than made up for the mistake. Went above and beyond!...read full review
I am a DoorDashing waiting for an order..the lady making the sandwiches is doing a tremendous job making the orders...the store is full of other dashers also waiting and she is furiously making subs 3-4 at at time to keep everyone happy & moving..I do not know her name but she is fantastic....Kia is the young lady doing an excellent job
When it comes to the subs... its the usual with this chain ... Very happy with the quality of the product. But with sets this location apart from the majority of takeout places is the customer service. I had ordered some sandwiches late one night just before closing and when we got to there they had run out of bread. Well, there's nothing they could do in the moment.
