“I took my survey code to the Spring Valley, NY location and I had no problem. The employee that took my order is in fact the manager and out of curiosity I asked if Popeyes changed the rules about the survey code and he said no. He explained to me that, at his location it won’t be a problem and if I have an issue anywhere else, I’m more than welcome to come to his location and they will take it. I never had an issue at this location at all so, I might have to take the longer drive for good customer services..

“I think this place is the only cleanest restaurant in rockland county. Every time I visit, the place is spotless and I appreciate the employees ALWAYS switching out their gloves after EACH customer AND transaction. The employees are also very quick and nice.“

“The food here is GREAT. And inexpensive. Very tasty, fresh, loved it. The ambience is not forst date material. This is working class, beer kinda place. Dove bar for Spanish people. $5 for beers. Did I say the food was great!!!!????And cheap. Will be back.“

“Pleasantly surprised. For starters, I did not expect this location to be so large and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. It was my first time, so I asked a lovely cashier whether I should go with the "Patacon sandwich or the "Churrasco"? She recommended the Churrasco. The food was ready in minutes. I got into my car, and the amazing aroma hit my nose, I had to sample my food immediately. OMG!! If I could describe the food in one word, it would be "Disrespectful" *in a good way of course. All the ingredients complimented one another creating a wonderful dish. I'm sure the calorie count is INSANE, but oh is it worth it!! I must add that the portions are generous, enough to feed 2 people. I will definitely return.“
