“I took my survey code to the Spring Valley, NY location and I had no problem. The employee that took my order is in fact the manager and out of curiosity I asked if Popeyes changed the rules about the survey code and he said no. He explained to me that, at his location it won’t be a problem and if I have an issue anywhere else, I’m more than welcome to come to his location and they will take it. I never had an issue at this location at all so, I might have to take the longer drive for good customer services..

The service is certainly rapid. Needless to say, the food they serve is first-rate. I ate there more than once and I was always satisfied. The price is modest. Then tell me how I have to wait 2-3 days for my refund??? You could have easily rectified it by remaking my now cold burger and giving me my dang slaw. “Dined in today and the chicken was so crispy and delicious! It actually tasted even better than takeout. We had the soy sauce flavor and loved it. The tteokbokki here is also one of my favorites. Everything was fresh, crispy, and tasty. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying it!“

“Updated review: things have declined… ordered for delivery, whole family order was kidding biscuits, French fries were rock hard stale, and the chicken was salty .

So disappointed because this was my fav KFC. Time and time again their chicken was soooooo good. Idk what happened recently but it is not working.“

“Great pizza from this restaurant. I stopped at work. When I went in i asked if they had slices. The owner i believe said yes but asked if I could wait 5-10 for a fresh pizza to be cooked. I said yes. Great service and yummy. My visit was on 7/13.“
