I've been here a few times since they opened. I mainly use the app and pick the order up inside. Every time I've gone inside, you have to order through the kiosk. There is no one that takes your order behind the counter unless you go through the drive thru. The limited interaction I've had with the staff has always been good. They are polite and friendly.
