I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your locations @ the Mohegan Lake, Ny 10566 store. On my visit, I encountered the new manager named “Lex”who treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner. Despite being a loyal customer for over seven years, I was met with unnecessary conflict when I requested my drink. The manager insisted on arguing about how my drink should be made, rather than listening to my concerns or providing a solution. Lex was very aggressive and slammed the window to return my payment. This escalated my anxiety and resulted in an unpleasant experience.
However, I would like to acknowledge that one of the staff members genuinely came forward and apologized, which I greatly appreciated.
As a customer, I expect respectful and professional service, especially from management. It is disheartening to see such behavior at a store where I have always felt valued.
I hope that you will address this issue to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.

Painfully slow. Repeated orders can be inconsistent. They have a tendency to act inconvienced if you place your mobile order too soon before getting in the drive thru line.

The service is horrible I went there because I got a gift card and I order cappuccino with whipped cream say in on The cup I walk away and open my cup they not put wiped cream I can’t go back I was already driving

The food and drinks are good, but we waited too long for our last drink and had to go remind them that we still needed our coffee. Also, the place wasn't really clean and the pick up place was confusing.

Hello, we happened to pass by your establishment to have a drink. The drinks and desserts were delicious, no problem with that, however, the service and the atmosphere left a lot to be desired, they made us wait more than twenty minutes for a caffe latte and the place looked a little dirty. .

Drink was tasty but I waited 22 minutes for a cold drink. Orders that were placed after mine were served swiftly, I don’t think I’ll be returning here. Barista was kind enough to apologize, but what else can you do after your drink has been forgotten? Totally understand getting overwhelmed but perhaps the manager can considering adding another staff person?

The coffee at the location is good. The people are better. They always have a smile and go the extra step.
Ordered light ice but it was filled to the brim with ice. Scambucks. Workers are lazy for that. Finished my coffee in two sips. What did I just pay $6 for a tiny, disappointment of a low quality coffee. A condemned gas station would make a better coffee.
Imagine getting to a place of business at 9:19pm that closes at 9:30pm and being told they closed early!! Such is life I guess!

I placed and order and when I got to the window I picked up as one normally would, got my drink and tipped, just because I usually enjoy my drink no matter where I’m at, pulled off only to find out it was wrong as I was driving off, so I came back to let them know, and instead of fixing it the woman instead decided to assert that I got what I ordered even though I knew it was wrong as it’s the only drink I purchase from here and visually it’s apparent that it’s wrong and she does nothing to fix it avoid drive thru !! The woman who was working is lazy AF!( I took one sip of the damn thing)
