I ordered inside. The floor was insanely dirty with trash when i ate and most of the tables had some sort of chemical spray on it that made my skin itch that entire day. Somehow my food was cold despite it being slow, along with soggy fries like they weren’t cooked to order.

This place always has soggy fries, and generally the food is cold. Better to go to McDonalds in Catskill (10 miles South) than to eat here, but if you dont have a choice, this place works in a pinch!

Sat and ate in yesterday had some cheeseburgers and fries. The burgers were not properly cooked all the way through, the soda tasted flat, the fries tasted stale and hard and the restaurant was very dirty, the lady’s bathroom did not lock properly. By the time I got home I had food poisoning I was throwing up everywhere I could not eat anything for the rest of the night and still haven’t been able to eat. The health department needs to come in and shut this place down for food violations

Order the food is cold and every time I order my food with a milk shake they make my food but forget my milk shake there is always Nats flying around and dead ones on the walls I don't know why this place has not been closed down for health code validation with Nats flying around and dead ones on walls. Sometimes food under cooked hope management makes changes to this location and fast
We ordered a double cheeseburger and large fry on the self serve unit. We waited after 23 drive thru orders for our order. I do not agree with costumers coming after our order getting theirs, especially when ask they had to make was a double cheeseburger and you wonder why less people are coming to your restaurant. What happened to the day of customer service. It’s like you all just ignore the customer that comes inside. No register service and no focus on them.

I used to work at this McDonald’s I’ve never known anyone who had to sit in line for 30 mins for food and then you get home you’re fries are cold as they can be and the sandwich might as well been a salad because the Mac sauce was all over the box the cheese was on half the sandwich. There was a guy not in uniform and no hat on Friday around 8pm this has been the worst service I’ve ever had.
