Complaint – McDonald’s (January 1, 2026, around 2:00 PM)

I am writing to report an extremely unpleasant and concerning experience at this location on January 1, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM.

When the drive-thru window was opened, a strong odor of marijuana came out of the window. The smell was overwhelming and transferred to both the food and the money I was handed. This made the food unappetizing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness, professionalism, and food safety.

This is completely unacceptable, especially in a food service environment where customers expect a clean, safe, and professional experience. I left very unhappy and disappointed, and I do not feel comfortable returning unless this issue is addressed.

I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures that proper standards are enforced going forward.

Holy cow, so using the app DONT YOU DARE place a delivery order 2 hours late it will be supposedly delivered in an hour(keeps changing every 30 minutes to 30 minutes later) and we can’t even place a pick up order now

You guys folded the receipt paper for my request for extra onions on my double quarter pounder into my burger. Like the paper was folded into my burger under the cheese. It's disgusting. It's not just paper either, it's receipt paper with adhesive on the back now that's soaked into my burger. How exactly do you mess that up? Why was the receipt paper anywhere near my food? Waste of money, time and food.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Took over 25 minutes for barely any food for breakfast. The only good thing was the girl who gave us our food was polite and made sure the coffee was made the way I asked.

Kathy hochul must work here the way you democrats charge for food. Better off going to Burger King that’s a republican establishment with cheaper prices and bigger sandwiches

Every single time I go through the drive-thru, employees are arguing with me over just getting my order right, and on top of that, I have to sit in the line for my entire lunch break, sometimes having to leave without even getting my food because it's taking too long. They don't pull cars up at all. It should not take 25-30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and a fry. It's quite an easy job. It's getting ridiculous.

It's McDonald's and there are alot of people coming and going. Friendly staff. Food is as expected. We often enjoy breakfast specials and honestly they serve a good cup of coffee.

Visited the drive through this morning and was asked to wait in a spot while they made my meal. I received a sprite with a dead fruit fly floating on top. Once the employee brought my meal I informed her and she kindly apologized but I noticed she had only dumped out the top amount and gave me the same drink back. Additionally once I left I soon realized that my meal was incorrect. Unfortunately I feel like the standards are this location are very low.

So we called in a wedding order a few weeks ago to pick up on a Saturday night. When we arrived, the operator in the drive through was not aware of our order at all. The first response was incredibly rude and hostile from the drive through operator, however the four stars are for the manager on duty Ari. She helped us get an order in and taken care of when it otherwise would have been impossible. She went above and beyond after the fact and with no information before hand. Kudos to her for helping us out and making sure our food was exactly what we needed. The lesson here is call early the day of when you place these orders in advance and call ahead again by at least an hour to coordinate, because this isn’t the first time this weekend that we had a vendor or restaurant jump through hoops to accommodate us, specifically because there was not enough communication on their end between the people coordinating these things and the people actually making them happen.

So it’s a very good McDonald’s everything about it is good the service Is a lil good mostly bad the only reason why it’s a 4 star is because their short on staff and I would say it would be a 4.5 restaurant if it wasnt low staff and a lil bigger

Everytime i go on lunch break they take about 20 minutes to get 2 mcchickens. Yet it is always hot and fresh so i can't be too upset. The wait is insane though
