ARROGANT WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS
On the very sad and sudden loss of our Dad, we needed to find accommodations for a private family gathering on a Friday night that was reachable by family and friends. I reached out to Aaron and was told they would make their second floor at Patrick Henry’s available to us during a very busy weekend. The generous food offerings were delicious and appreciated by us all. The staff was beyond professional and kind - even reaching out to my Mom to offer their sincere condolences....read full review
My Lady and I had a wonderful first experience. The weather not being agreeable we ate inside. Looking forward to eating outside enjoying the water and then sitting at the bar.

Patrick Henry's Waterfront Tavern provides a comfortable riverside setting in a small town, offering an elevated bar food experience. The restaurant features a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff who deliver fast service, even when close to closing time. The open kitchen allows guests to watch pizzas being fired in the brick oven, adding to the inviting environment. The menu is limited but focused on traditional American dishes, with highly recommended dry rub wings and the Smash Burger. The fried cauliflower appetizer and salads are praised for their tastiness, while the hot Brick oven pizza and meatballs with garlic toast remain popular favorites. Recent renovations have made the interior very cool, and the location on the waterfront enhances the dining experience. Drinks like the smoked black cherry mojito and unique ciders, including strawberry rhubarb, are flavorful and well-balanced. The restaurant's recent improvements include a dough that rivals the best in the county, elevating the quality of the fungi pizza. Despite occasional item shortages, the combination of delicious food, great drinks, and a welcoming environment makes it a place worth visiting.
