We ordered a medium 6 slice white pizza for pick up. The pizza was undercooked and bland! Had to throw it in the toaster over. On top of that the bill was 28 dollars for 6 slices of undercooked pizza. I know everything is expensive now but at least make it worth my 30 dollars. Save yourself some money and go to griffins right down the road!

I got a pie delivered. It's expensive here, and they won't deliver unless you spend over $25. Which is the cost of one cheese pie. If you add chicken or anything else to a dish it's over $7 for 3 pieces. The food isn't bad, but not worth so much either!

So I went here cause Cask and Rasher was closed and ordered wings Garlic Parm and barbeque. Worst mistake of my life not only were they the most tasteless wing but they were overcooked! 15.99 for 8 wings what a rip off ! Totally not satisfied I only gave a two because on occasion I do like a slice of pizza which is ok . But overall this place is way to expensive I felt like I got robbed couldn't even finish them totally unsatisfied. Wish I never bought em now.

I was down there tonight December 3rd with a friend. My friend had ordered a trio plate and I had a bowl of French onion soup and a deluxe burger. When I was eating my soup I found a piece of plastic or cellophane in it. The trio plate was horrible you couldn't even eat it it was like they threw a can of sauce on it. It had a very tin like taste to it. I complained to the waitress and was told I couldn't get my money back but they would make me something else. Why would I want something else when the first dish was horrible. I don't think I'll be going back or recommending this place.
I eat at Paul's once a week and it's good pizza, it could be great pizza. Paul's doesn't have a taste problem, they have a consistency problem. Very often the pizza is very lightly cooked and lacks the crisp of a great pizza. When the pizza is lightly cooked I'd put it at a 3/5 but when I get a slice/pie that's been in the oven just a little longer I bump that score up to a 4/5. The ingredients they use are definitely quality and the spices used in the sauce make for a nice flavor profile. The customer service here is great save for a few off experiences I've had.

I enjoy eating here usually and have never had a problem, however I ordered here tonight and have never been more disappointed.. I ordered mozzarella sticks with extra sauce and I didn’t get any sauce at all with them. The pizza I ordered wasn’t even filled out to the edge and there was mainly just BBQ on it making it taste like BBQ and crust. Plus the way it was cut made it very hard to share and eat. Not to mention I paid 31 dollars for this meal.

More hit or miss than the usual pizza spots. Certainly more expensive.Spent over $60 for 2 pies and an order of wings. Drove 20 mins to pick it up, waited, drove 20 mins home only to find out the pies were completely raw.. not chewy.. raw. Called asking for credit and was told we could "...bring them back so we could finish cooking them.." Should I have to drive another 40 mins on top of waiting for you to toss my pizzas back in the oven at 8pm? Use your head.
