This Subway is an absolute disaster. I don’t know what kind of operation they’re running, but closing early every single time is unacceptable. Don’t trust the hours on the door or online — they’ll shut down whenever they feel like it, no warning, no explanation. I’ve shown up hungry and on a tight schedule just to find the place dark and locked up, well before closing. It’s not just inconvenient, it’s disrespectful. If you can’t commit to staying open during posted hours, then you shouldn’t be in business at all. Total waste of time

This place is a complete joke. Subway needs to seriously check this location because the employees clearly don’t care about customers or doing their jobs. They regularly close way before the posted hours —sometimes over an hour early. Why even bother having hours listed if you’re just going to lock the doors and disappear whenever you feel like it? It’s lazy, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful to people who take the time to show up. I’m done wasting my time here. Don’t support a business that can’t even follow the basics

I don’t normally post comments on fast food places BUT this Subway business stood out, so here goes! This was our first trip to Coxsackie NY, I was meeting with a family members here . The three of us found this business and decided to try it. There were 2 employees manning the counter…a male & a female..”Puppy” & “Kick” were the names they gave me. THEY WERE BOTH AWESOME! So kind, considerate and friendly… and the subs they made were PERFECT!! They absolutely STOOD OUT to us! They did their job, did it well and made you feel welcome!! I just want to make sure they were both recognized! They absolutely STOOD OUT! Thank you to Puppy & Kick you made our day even better!

This place closes long before their hours state. It says they’re open til 8:30 on Saturday’s. I got there before 8 and they were locked up and dark. I don’t know what time they actually close but everytime I show up, they aren’t open. Don’t bother going to Catskill thinking you’ll get service there. Same hours, same problem. Lazy ass workers not held accountable by owner.

My daughter, my mother and I came in to order food while waiting for laundry. My mother and daughter was able to place their order but both night crew worker’s completely ignored me as if I wasn’t ordering anything. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them. I rarely come to this location anymore. They started messing up my daughter’s until I said something.

My sandwich was absolutely disgusting. Meat tasted rotten, asked for it to be toasted she put it in the oven but it’s not toasted idk what she did. Cookies are all hard as a rock.

I don’t ever do reviews but the new owners have really done a great job since they took over. Food is great, ingredients are fresh and best of all this place is clean and the staff are friendly!
I walked into this restaurant at about 7:15 p.m. 06/01/24. They said they were closed. I. Said" what about your door saying closes at 8:30 and the guy totally disregarded it and ketpt saying no we close much sooner. Very strange conversation ?.
