Outrageously delicious. Dom is very friendly and seems to always be happy and smiling. The only thing I don't understand is his prices. How does he make a living? His prices are very low. I would gladly pay 50% more. 2 bucks for a homemade blueberry turnover? Cream puffs, are really great. I like the minis best. I stop there every time I get to West Coxsackie.

I needed some dessert for a last minute birthday dinner. I have never been to or even heard of The little Bake shop but with a quick Google search they were the only ones that were open a little later in the afternoon. I decided to stop in to see if they had anything I could bring and I was able to buy an entire raspberry cheesecake and freshly made creampuffs. Everything was absolutely incredible! fresh, creamy and delicious not to mention the prices were very affordable! I will definitely be back!

I popped in looking for sfogliatelle and was told âwhat day do you want them and how many, weâll make it happenâ. Boy did they deliver (and the week of thanksgiving no less)!!! The pastry cream filling is utterly divine and even after sitting overnight in my fridge the crunch when you bite into them is amazing. I canât wait to try other pastries!

Best little bake shop around. The coffee cake is my favorite thing in there, hint of almond and killer brown sugar topping that's fatter than the cake itself. Cream puffs (mini and large), Italian cookie platters, cookie sandwiches and various cheesecakes, cakes and pies. You never know what you'll find but you know it will always be amazing.

Yes, Dominic is an incredible baker, but his breakfast sandwich is the best I have ever had. Great roll, tasty cheese, mmmmmm bacon, mmmm sausage, and perfectly cooked eggs. It is in a class of its own. You must try it. Delicious. The variety and quality of his baked goods surpass all expectations. This is a gem of a shop.

Dominic and his wife are amazing. Great conversations and provides a nice friendly environment. Baked goods are always top notch and always fresh. Was pretty awesome to visit a shop in a small upstate town that was like this. Definitely recommend. If you're in the area or just passing through definitely check it out.

My fiancé is a dessert monster and he votes this is the best chocolate cream pie. My mom is a chocolate snob and kept going back for more and licking her plate! They were so nice and went out of our way to make sure we had a pie for Christmas!
