First time there and grabbed some milk. Went home and found out the next morning that it expired 2 days ago. Went back the next day and got and attitude from the cashier like it was my fault they had expired milk on the shelf. They did allow me to swap it but I found 2 more in the front of the case with the same 2 days past expiration date and alerted the cashier, he seemed very disinterested.

They were blasting weird conservative political shit while I was there. Had what sounded like some white supremacist guy going on a tirade. Way to make your customers uncomfortable XD. Last time I go here.

Terrible service multiple times here. A simple chopped cheese for whatever reason takes over 25 minutes of waiting. I understand it’s busy but it’s been multiple times now where I’m watching people walk in after me, order a sandwich, and be on there way while I’m watching mine be made. Staff then acts like it’s your fault for waiting. Too many lunches ruined just go anywhere else but here. Only giving the food 2 stars because it’s decent. Avoid if you value your time.

Don’t waste your time or money here. I waited 25 minutes for my sandwich while watching multiple people who ordered after me receive theirs first then when I did get it almost a half hour later they couldn’t even do it right and there was a big piece of egg shell sitting on the inside of the bread. When I went in to tell them they screwed up and there was an egg shell on it the guy at the register just looked and me and said what do you want me to do then proceeded to hand me a remade sandwich still missing the same item to then just pour the hot sauce all over the top of the sandwich making it impossible to even pick up. There’s 100 better delis to go to and I’ll be making sure to never waste a single cent at this sorry excuse of a deli again but there Brewster location is great but cross river is being run with obvious incompetence.

I hate a deli where I feel like I’m annoying the person when I’m trying to order lunch. You come in you stand at the case four people walk right by you until it’ll a be grudgingly employee asks you what you need never more communication than that. it’s a little bit expensive but what isn’t these days? The food was good service needs to be improved

Beautiful transformation!!! We haven't been in 5 years and were in absolute awe on the updates. Food on shelves is pricey, fresh more in line with local prices. SEC was very heavy on salt but good otherwise.

Food has always been good. Only place you can get coffee for a dollar. Value is also high. I’d give it a go for a great lunch or breakfast experiences

A no frills deli with decent, fairly priced food. They have a few tables to eat at. The sandwiches are nothing special but they're filling.

It was just okay, our breakfast took a long time to make and was not worth the wait. The guy seemed liked he did care.

We go to the location in Queensbury, New York for the gluten free sandwiches very often. We drive from 45 minutes away just to get the sandwiches so I think that says a lot! Nice staff, great store hours (open late). The area really needed a 24 hour store. It’s doing a lot for the community!
